Mr. Clegg is a professional real estate developer/manager with more than 30 years of experience in major areas of the real estate industry: investment, land development, construction management and sales. His background covers the full range of executive responsibilities in property development: feasibility analysis, acquisition, design and planning, entitlements, finance, construction and development management, as well as marketing and sales.

As CEO, Mr. Clegg is involved in all phases of the development process and oversees financial and investor relations.

After an exemplary military career, Mr. Klinefelter used his leadership skills and business acumen to help various companies achieve maximum performance, market share and profitability. Mr. Klinefelter relocated to Dallas to renew his professional relationship with C. Phillip Clegg and Harry J. James, and to form Red Group Development.

With his experience and extensive engineering and construction background, Mr. Klinefelter works closely with engineers, contractors and governmental entities, overseeing and directing the infrastructure and construction process for the company’s development projects.

Drawing upon almost 40 years of real estate experience, Mr. James brings a unique insight to the various phases involved in the development business. He is responsible for the majority of data analysis and spreadsheet pro forma that governs all site acquisition and development programs for Red Group.

In 1967, Mr. James was hired while attending Southern Methodist University by Hunt Properties, which is owned by the H.L. Hunt family. For four and a half years he was responsible for the overall development and sales and sometimes the purchase of most of their properties. Mr. James has personally selected sites, planned, zoned, platted, developed and sold well over 10,000 single-family residential lots.
