and the Community
The principals, aside from being deeply involved in Red Group and its unique development programs, are also committed to the concepts of affordable housing and volunteerism. Our senior management team is actively involved in national, state and local builders associations focusing on legislative and regulatory housing issues, and a number of statewide initiatives to help develop affordable and sustainable housing communities. The company is currently being considered to be selected as the prime contractor for many of these developments and, as such, will bring a broad range of creative solutions to the development process that distinguish our projects from all others.
 One of Red Group’s core values is to give back more to the communities where we develop than what we take out. We invest in the communities by providing jobs, purchasing materials, and donating time, talent, and thousands of dollars to civic and charitable organizations.
