Our site design methods rarely require variances, while offering a city lower infrastructure maintenance and upkeep costs, and is designed with a true neighborhood feeling as compared to a cluster of unattractive homes crammed into minimal spacing. In order to bring flair, excitement and diversity to each community, all site designs developed by Red Group are designed, completed and reviewed by an A.I.A. architect with over 30 years' experience in site design, home design, and residential and commercial construction. The experience and insight of an architect are paramount to ensure every project achieves the highest degree of acceptability and sustainability at the lowest possible development cost.

Residential development engineering services are provided through Red Group's matrixed engineering companies, Cargill-Cheshier Associates and Peak XV Engineering Group. Proprietary software is employed to produce final engineering and construction documents with finite accuracy in approximately one-half the time of conventional engineering firms. The benefit is that our value engineering greatly reduces the cost of development.
